VSC: BOD resolution dated June 19, 2020

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (VSC) announces the Board resolution dated June 19, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the business result activities in Quarter 1.2020

2)      Approving the nomination of members of BOD and Supervisory Board for the term 2020 – 2025.

3)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Xuan Bao as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Chief Accounting of the Company from July 01, 2020.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Le The Trung as Chief Accounting of the Company from July 01, 2020.
