The Board resolution dated June 22, 2020, Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) approved the policy of capital contribution to establish subsidiary:

-          Full name: Con Khuong Investment Com Ltd

-          Charter capital: VND 750,000,000,000 (VPI contributed VND 525,000,000,000, accounting for 70% charter capital of Con Khuong Investment Com Ltd).
