On June 19, 2020, the Board resolution of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) approved to decide the contents related to transactions between OGC and Viptour Togi and Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Stock Company (OCH): Payment of debts to Viptour Togi and OCH with the amount of VND 34,727,733,073 and the maximum cost of capital use is 10%/year.
