Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company (NAF) announces the Board resolution dated June 15, 2020 regarding stock issue for the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) as follows:

-          Par value: 10,000 VND/share

-          Number of issued shares: 44,439,912 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 44,439,850 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 62 shares

-          Estimated issue volume: 2,221,990 shares (4.99% of the number of outstanding shares)

-          Estimated issue value: 22,219,900,000 VND

-          Issue ratio: 5% on the outstanding shares   

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit, capital surplus, investment development fund in the financial statements audited until 12/31/2019.

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Time of implementation: in 2020.
