Vietnam attends ASEAN bazaar in Mexico
The Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico joined other embassies of ASEAN member countries in organising a bazaar in Mexico City on Nov. 28.
The ASEAN trade fair displayed a wide range of handicraft products, traditional cultures, cuisine and art performances from the participating countries.
This is an annual event co-organised by ASEAN countries, Mexico and Central America to raise funds for educational organisations and poor women in Mexico.
Last year’s event raised nearly US$1.500 to support a Vietnamese school in Mexico and a fund for poor Mexican women.
