Hanoi: Investment certificate granted to luxury apartment project

CapitaLand-Hoang Thanh Co, Ltd. on February 26 received an investment certificate for its $120 million “Satin Residence” high-class apartment project in Ha Dong district, Hanoi.

This is a joint-venture project between Hoang Thanh and Singapore’s CapitaLand group. The “Satin Residence” project will provide around 1,100 luxurious apartments.

“Satin Residence” will comprise five high-rise buildings, which, while luxurious, will still be in harmony with the surrounding environment. Investors say that “Satin Residence” will be an exemplary residential area in Hanoi.

At the ceremony to receive the investment certificate, Nguyen Nhu Vinh, the representative of the CapitaLand-Hoang Thanh Co, Ltd., said the investor had been making every effort to successfully implement the project, thus contributing to the development of Hanoi’s urban culture.

Established in 2004, Hoang Thanh Co, Ltd. has the chartered capital of VND925 billion (over $54.4 million). Its five shareholders are investment funds, financial firms and real estate companies.
