- February 2002: Renamed as Hochiminh City Transporation Parking Company under the Decision No.544/QD-UB issued by Hochiminh City People's Committee;

- 2006: Equitized and transformed into Saigon Transportation Parking Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND16 billion;

- 28 August 2015: Became a public company;

- 01 December 2015: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 26 January 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND50 billion;
