- March 11, 2002: Song Da Construction No.1 Company changed its name into Song Da 1 Company.

- December 4, 2007: Song Da 1 One-member Ltd., Co. was changed into Song Da 1 Joint Stock Company (SD1), with a charter capital of VND15 billion.
