SD1: Notice of stock status

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Song Da 1 JSC’s shares (Upcom: SD1) as follows:
- SD1 shares are put under alert from July 15, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- SD1 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statements 2019; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2019; according to Point a, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange. SD1 shares only available for trading every Friday until being removed from trading suspension;
- SD1 shares are under trading suspension due to the Company was continued to late in submitting Audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days according to the deadline for information disclosure according to the provisions at Points e Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
