- In 2015: Merged with Gia Lai Thermoelectricity JSC. The largest Sugarcane enterprise to be listed on Vietnam’s stock market. Charter capital was VND 1,856 billion.
- In 2016: Charter capital was VND 1,947 billion.
- In 2017: Completed the M&A plan between Bien Hoa Sugar JSC and Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Sugar JSC. Changed the Company’s name to Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa JSC. Charter capital was VND 2,532 billion.
- In 2018: The company's charter capital was VND 5,570 billion.
