- In 2007: Converted into a joint stock company with charter capital of VND 1,419 billion.
- On March 23, 2007: Officially restructured as Bourbon Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.
- In 2008: The company's shares were officially listed on HOSE under the ticker SBT, with charter capital of VND 1,419 billion.
- In 2013: Officially renamed to Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Sugar Joint Stock Company. Charter capital was VND 1,485 billion.
- In 2015: Merged with Gia Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company. Became the largest listed sugar company on Vietnam's stock market. Charter capital: VND 1,856 billion.
- In 2016: Charter capital was VND 1,947 billion.
- In 2017: Completed merger with Bien Hoa Sugar JSC and TTC Tay Ninh Sugar JSC. Renamed to Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company. Charter capital: VND 2,532 billion.
