- 04/03/1993: Company was established under the decision of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with the initial name as Rubber Construction Technique Factory. Company is a member of Vietnam Rubber Group;

- 1995: Renamed as Rubber Construction Technique Company;

- 2004: Equitized and renamed as Rubber real estate and Construction Technique Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND10 billion;

- 16/11/2012: Renamed as Rubber Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company (RCD);

- 12/05/2010: Became public company;

- 06/02/2015: Company's stock was officially traded on the UPCoM. Currently, the charter capital is VND53 billion.
