RCD: Decision on continued trading restriction & Notice of stock status Following Decision No. 949/QD-SGDHN dated September 4, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of RCD stock as follows:
- Issuer: Rubber real estate construction joint stock company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: RCD
- Base of review: The Company held the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders in Official Dispatch No. 220824/CV-DOCS dated August 22, 2024 regarding the consideration of adjusting the reasons for restricting transactions of RCD code and the resolution of the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders No. 170824/NQ/DHDCD-DOCS dated August 17, 2024 of the Company, however, the Company has not yet overcome the other reasons for restricting transactions.
- Other reasons: The company is late in submitting its Audited Financial Statements 2023 more than 45 days after the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2022; The company has stopped its main production and business activities for one (01) year or more
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c, d Clause 5 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, RCD must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

RCD shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 949/QD-SGDHN dated 04/09/2024 due to The company has stopped its main production and business activities for one (01) year or more; The company is late in submitting its Audited Financial Statements 2023 more than 45 days after the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2022 according to the provision at Points b, c, d Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
