- January 15, 2007: The Company, formerly known as The Northern Development Investment Traffic Construction Joint Stock Exchange, was established by 5 founding shareholders ( 20% per one) with the initial charter capital of VND10 billion.
- April 21, 2007: The Company increased its charter capital to VND 20 billion, existing shareholder had made capital contribition yet.
- May 2007: The Company became a subsidiary of Vinaconex, changing the name into Vinaconex 39 Traffic Development Investment JSC with the main business of civil, industrial, irrigation and traffic construction.
- January 2009: The Company became associated Vinaconex and PVC, changing the name into Vinaconex - PVC Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
- June 9, 2011: The company increased its charter capital to VND 300 billion.
- May 24, 2019: Delisted from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- June 03, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market.
