PVV: Decision on the stock remains under trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 874/QD-SGDHN dated August 12, 2024, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Vinaconex 39 Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: PVV
- Base of review: Reviewed Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the company had negative owner equity in the Reviewed Financial Statement 2024
- Other reason for trading restriction: the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on the company’s Financial Statement 2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, PVV must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.96/GD-SGDHN dated 01/03/2024

Notice of stock status

On August 12, 2024, HNX announces the status of Vinaconex 39 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PVV) as follows:
PVV shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 874/QD-SGDHN dated 12/08/2024 due to the company had negative owner equity in the Reviewed Financial Statement 2024; the auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on their Financial Statements 2023 according to the  provision at Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
