- 1996: Renamed as Mechanized Construction And Installation Company No9 under Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation - Ministry of Construction;

- 19 July 2006: Transformed into Mechanized Construction And Installation Joint Stock Company No9 with a charter capital of VND29.8 billion under the business registration certificate No.4103005034 issued for the first time by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 23 October 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND50,266,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.0301442322 amended for the sixth time by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 14 June 2016: Became a public company;

- 18 December 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
