- Octobor 10th, 2010: Formerly known as Hung Long - Quang Ninh Limited Liability Company, Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company was established with main activities: Building bricks and baked clay manufacture in Tuynel line.
- May 13th, 2010: Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company after transferring from Limited Liability model, with charter capital of VND7.55 billion.
- May 26th, 2010: The company completed the first business registration change, added more sectors and increased the charter capital to VND95 billion.
- February 21, 2012: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- 21 July 2014: Charter capital increased to VND120 billion.
- 01 June 2018: Delisted from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
