KHL: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1053/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC’s shares (stock code: KHL) as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason(s): the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Another reason/Other reasons: the auditor gave their disclaimer opinion on the Financial Statement 2017;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day being removed from trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide remedy.
