- 1991: Transformed into Hue Urban Environment Hygiene Management Center;

- 29 November 2005: Transformed into Hue Urban Environment and Public Work State-owned One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.4041/QD-UBND issued by Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee;

- 28 November 2014: Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committe issued the Decision No.2528/QD-UBND on transforming Hue Urban Environment and Public Work State-owned One-member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 22 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at  Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 05 January 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND60 billion under the business registration certificate No.3300101082 amended for the second time by Thua Thien Hue Department of Planning and Invesment;

- 27 September 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6460/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 15 December 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
