- February 27, 2006: Formerly known as Dai Viet Construction and Trading Co., Ltd., was established under the business registration certificate No. 0302001404 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Tay Province (old) with the initial capital was 1.5 billion VND;

- December 2, 2015: Transformation into Dai Viet Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
