Decision on trading restriction
Following Decision No. 956/QD-SGDHN dated September 04, 2024, HNX announces the following stock under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: DVG
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023 and Decision No. 857/QD-SGDHN dated 01/08/2024 of HNX on delisting shares
- Reason: The company is the subject to be delisted due to disclaimer of opinion from auditor to Financial Statements 2023
- Form of restriction: 06/09/2024
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, DVG must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
