- October 28, 2014: Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3570/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- December 31, 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with 3.8 million of shares;

- April 01, 2015: Put into operation under the model of joint stock company with a charter capital of VND124,108,000,000;
