- December 23, 1976: Formerly known as Quy Nhon Water Plant was established under the Decision No.1099/QD-TC issued by Nghia Binh Provincial People's Committee (now Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee); - December 28, 1992: Renamed to Binh Dinh Water Supply Company under the Decision No.2611/QD-UB issued by Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; - September 23, 1996: Renamed as Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Company under the Decision No.2312/QD-UB issued by Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; - July 01, 2010: Transformed into Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Limited Company under the Decision No.270/QD-UBND issued by Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; - October 28, 2014: Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3570/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Limited Company into a joint stock company; - December 31, 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with 3.8 million of shares; - April 01, 2015: Put into operation under the model of joint stock company with a charter capital of VND124,108,000,000; - October 14, 2015: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
