- 1975: Set up Drilling and southern water supply Company under the National Water Department (an agency of water management of the old regime);
- 1977: Renamed to Southern Drilling, Water Supply and Construction company No. 2;
- 2001: Renamed to Water Supply Invesment and construction Company under Ministry of Contruction;
- 2005: Became a subsidiary of Water Supply and Sewerage Investment and Construction company;
- 2008: The Ministry of Construction decided to reform the company's model into a joint stock company with the initial charter capital of VND120 billion;
- 2010: The company shares were listed and traded on HOSE;
- 2011: Listed 1.2 million additional shares to increase the charter capital to VND132 billion.
