- 22 January 2003: Quang Ninh House Trading House Trading & Construction Investment Company - Hanoi Branch was established under the Decision No.620/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 2006: Van Phu New Urban Area located  in Ha Dong district, Hanoi with an area of 94.8 ha was launched;

- 2008: Equitized and renamed as Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company;

- 2011: Construction of The Van Phu - Victoria Apartment and Commercial Services Complex Project in Van Phu, Ha Dong, Hanoi was commenced;

- 2014: The Van Phu - Victoria Apartment and Commercial Services Complex Project was completed and handed over;

- 2015: Awarded with BCI Asia Awards 2015 for the Top 10 real estate developers;

- 2016: 03 projects were inaugurated, handed and put into operation, including Home City Building Complex, Hanoi University of Public Health, Hanoi -  Bac Giang Expressway;

- 14 April 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND1,600 billion;

- 17 October 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6961/UBCK-GSDC issued the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 20 November 2017: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 28 November 2017: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 31 May 2018: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 20 June 2018: Delisted from on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 29 June 2018: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 24 November 2020: Increased charter capital to VND1,999 billion;
