- 1998: Vinatrans Company established Shipping and Freight Forwarding Enterprise (Vinaconsol);

- 24 June 1999: Minister of Trade issued the Decision No.0776/1999/QD-BTM on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Shipping and Freight Forwarding Enterprise Vinalink International Freight Forwarders Joint Stock Company (Vinalink) into Vinalink International Freight Forwarders Joint Stock Company (Vinalink) with a charter capital of VND8 billion;

- 01 September 1999: Vinalink International Freight Forwarders Joint Stock Company (Vinalink) came into operation as a legal entity undert the business registration certificate issued by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 07 March 2000: Became a member of Vietnam Freight Forwarders Association (VIFFAS);

- 2002: Raised the charter capital to VND24 billion and became a member of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA);

- July 2005: Raised the charter capital to VND36 billion;

- December 2007: Raised the charter capital to VND90 billion;

- 17 August 2009: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 04 January 2013: Vinalink Logistics Company Limited (Cambodia)  was established under the licence Co.3199E/2012 issued by Cambodia Department of Trade;

- 24 May 2014: Renamed as Vinalink Logistics Corporation under the business registration certificate No.0301776205 amended for the tenth time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;
