- December 14, 2006: Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VietBank) was established with an initial charter capital of VND200 billion under the Decision No.2391/QÐ-NHNN issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- July 30, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market;
