- 23 June 2005: Truongson Tourism Limited Company was established under the decision of the Board of Directors of Company of Economic Cooperation.
- 24 April 2007: Transformed into Truongson Tourism Onepersoned Limited Company COECCO under the Decision NO. 219/2006/QD-BQP of Ministry of National Defense.
- 11 July 2016: Went the Initial Public Offering (IPO) with 410.590 shares.
- 02 August 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a chater capital of VND13 billion.
- 10 January 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market.
