- 07 April 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an offered quantiy of 7,096,000 shares and average winning bid of VND18,888 per share;

- 01 July 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND180 billion;
