- 2000: Thu Duc Trading and Import Export JSc (TMC) was established by merging two companies: Thu Duc material company and Thu Duc General Trading, with initial charter capital of VND 14 billion, in which 40% belonged to the Government.
- 2002: Increased charter capital to VND 18 billion.

- December 26, 2006: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
- 2007: Increased charter capital to VND 40 billion.
- June 08, 2009: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- 2010: Increased charter capital to VND 80 billion.
- 2012: Increased charter capital to VND 124 billion.
