- December 30, 1999: Formerly known as Transport Service Transportation Service Enterprise directly under Maritime Transport No 3, which was member of Vietnam National Shipping Line; Operated as a Joint stock company under the decision No 3287/1999/QD - BGTVT, of Ministry of Communications and Transport;

- April 01, 2000: Renamed as Transport and Trading Service Joint Stock Company, with the charter capital of VND4 billion including 30% from Vietnam National Shipping Line;

- 2004: The charter capital  increased to VND10 billion;

- November 2007: The charter capital was increased to VND 30 billion;

- December 17, 2007: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

- June 28, 2010: The Company increased the charter capital from VND30 billion to VND60 billion.
