- January 1991: Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company, formerly Thu Duc - Bien Hoa Water Supply branch, was established;

- January 2005: Renamed as Thu Duc Water Supply branch;

- December 2005: People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh city issued decision changing Thu Duc Water Supply branch into Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company;
