- 27 October 2005: Son Ha Development of Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of 04 billion by founding shareholders, including Son Ha Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy Limited Company, Mr. Le Vinh Son and Mr. Le Hoang Ha;
- 21 July 2010: Charter capital was increased to VND20 billion;
- 05 June 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND50 billion;
- 12 October 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.6956/UBCK-GSDCPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 07 January 2019: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- 25 January 2019: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- September 25, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND65.74 billion.
