- May 10 / 1996: Forerunner of the company, Construction Company No. II, Ha Tinh - State-owned enterprises are established on the basis of most construction enterprises under the Department of Construction;

- October 10,2003: The predecessor of the Company is Ha Tinh II Construction Company - a State Enterprise established on the basis of merging construction enterprises under the Ministry of Construction;

- August 19, 2004: The company officially became a member of Song Da Corporation and renamed  Song Da Corporation 27 with charter capital of VND1,120,200,000 ;

- September 20, 2004: Issued separately for existing shareholders and employees, raising charter capital to VND2.5 billion. Total shareholders following the issuance were 37 people;

- May 04, 2007: Raised the charter capital to VND15 billion. Number of shareholders at this time were 98 people;

- April 18, 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND 15,728,330;

- September 16, 2010: Shares of company were listed and traded on HNX;

- May 17, 2013: The company became delisted as accumulated losses exceeded its charter capital.

- November 27, 2014: Officially traded on UPCOM market;
