- 1993: Became a member under Quang Ninh Duyen Hai Company under the Office of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee;
- 2002: Renamed as Quang Ninh Mineral Water Company under Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee under the Decision No.463/QD-UB dated 28 January 2002 issued by Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee;
- 2004: Transformed into Quang Ninh Mineral Water One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.2492/QD-UB dated 26 July 2004 issued by Quang Ninh Provicial People's Committee;
- 2006: Renamed as Quang Ninh Mineral Water Trading Services One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.32 - QD/VPTU dated 10 January 2006 issued by Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee;
- 19 October 2015: Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.03-QD-TU on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Quang Ninh Mineral Water Trading Services One-member Limited Company into Quang Ninh Mineral Water Corporation;
- 02 December 2015: Public auction was launched at Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company with an offered quantity of 159,100 shares and an average winning bid of VND11,421 per share;
- 22 December 2015: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time;
- 25 December 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND80 billion under the business registration certificate No.5700379618 issued by Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;
- 22 December 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
