- September 01, 2008: SouthEast PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Limited Company, the forerunner of the company was established, under PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company.

- January 12, 2011: The company transformed to SouthEast PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company. It's charter capital was VND125 billion.

- May 26, 2011: Approved to became a public Company.

- December 31, 2014: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
