- 1989: Renamed as Construction Material Plant;

- 1990: Renamed as Post and Telecommunications Building Material and Construction Plant;

- 1993: Renamed as Post and Telecommunications Concrete and Construction Plant;

- 1995: Renamed as Post and Telecommunications Construction Material Company;

- 25 November 2004: Ministry of Post and Telecommunication issued the Decision No.57/2004/QD-BCVT on the plan of equitizin and renaming Post and Telecommunications Construction Material Company into Post and Telecommunications Construction Material Joint Stock Company;

- 19 January 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND25 billion;

- 13 September 2007: Charter capital was raised up to VND40 billion;

- 22 May 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.2826/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam; 

- 10 August 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
