- April 1999: Song Hong Aluminum Company was established;

- 16 August 2004: Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.1321/QD-BXD on transforming Song Hong Aluminum Company into Song Hong Aluminum Joint Stock Company;

- 07 October 2004: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND8.6 billion under the business registration certificate No.2600213532 issued for the first time by Phu Tho Department of Planning and Investment;

- 2007: Charter capital was raised up to VND20 billion;

- 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND80 billion;

- 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND206.9 billion;

- 20 February 2017: Became a public company;

- 06 July 2017: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 31 July 2017: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
