- 03 August 1976: Quang Ninh Water Supply and Construction Company was established under the Decision No.484 TC/UB issued by Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee;

- 25 August 2010: Transformed into Quang Ninh Clean Water Trading Limited Company under the business registration certificate No.5700100104 issued for the first time by Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 18 June 2013: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 31 December 2013: Transformed into Quang Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company with a charte capital of VND369,336,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.5700100104 amended for the 4th time by Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 22 December 2015: Chater capital was raised to VND402,951,789,959 under the business registration certificate No.5700100104 amended for the 8th time by Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 October 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6676/GSDC-UBCK issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 15 June 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;  

- 04 September 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND508,315,940,393;
