- 10 August 1993: Transformed into HaNoi Plastics Company under Hanoi Department of Industry under the Decision No.2977/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 08 August 2005: Transformed into HaNoi Plastics One-Member State-Owned Limited Company under the Decision No.126/2005/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- 26 November 2007: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.4730/QD-UBND on approving the corporate value and the equitization plan of HaNoi Plastics One-Member State-Owned Limited Company;
- 27 December 2007: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND27,958 per share;
- 16 September 2008: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.761/QD-UBND on transforming HaNoi Plastics One-Member State-Owned Limited Company into HaNoi Plastics Joint Stock Company;
- 31 October 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND65 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100100858 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
- 25 April 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.2233/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 08 September 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
- 13 February 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND168 billion;
- September 16, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND344.4 billion;
- November 22, 2019: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
