- April 30, 1975: The company reformed to State-owned company and renamed to Dong Nai Detergent Factory;
- May 25, 1983: Net Detergent Company was established;
- July 2003: The company transformed to Net Detergent Joint Stock Company with the initial charter capital of VND22 billion;
- May 31, 2007: The company increased the charter capital to VND33 billion through issuising shares to existing shareholders;
- May 31, 2009: The company increased the charter capital to VND39.6 billion;
- December 31, 2009: The company increased the charter capital to VND45 billion;
- September 15, 2010: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- June 10, 2014: The company increased the charter capital to VND160 billion;
- 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND223,98 billion.
