- October 08, 2002: Thai Binh Environment And Urban Projects Company was established through the transformation of Thi Chinh State-owned Company under the Decision No.2562/QD-UB issued by Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee;

- June 09, 2009: Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1229/QD-UBND on transforming Thai Binh Environment And Urban Projects Company into Thai Binh Environment And Urban Projects One-Member Limited Company;

- November 05, 2014: Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2647/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Thai Binh Environment And Urban Projects One-Member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- December 26, 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at an average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- February 10, 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with charter capital of VND41,854,730,000 under the business registration certificate No.1000219925 amended for the second time by Thai Binh Department of Planning and Investment;

- January 02, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND62,782,590,000;

- August 26, 2020: Became a public company under the Document No.5239/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- December 10, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market;
