- 1984: Formerly known as Quang Nam - Da Nang Industrial Sand Exploitation and Export Enterprise established under Decision No. 91 / QD-UB of the People's Committee of Quang Nam-Da Nang Province;
- 1993: the Company changed its name to Quang Nam-Da Nang Mineral Company with a business capital of VND 228 million under Decision No. 33 / QD-TCNSÐT of the Ministry of Industry;
- 2000: the company changed its name to Central Industrial Company according to Decision 1459 / QD-UB of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee;
- 2004: Quang Nam Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of equitization of state-owned enterprises (Central Industrial Company) according to Decision No. 5078 / QD-UB dated
- December 9, 2004 of People's Committee of Quang Nam Province;
- May 25, 2005: The company officially went into operation in the form of a joint stock company under the Business Registration Certificate No. 3303070128 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam Province on 25/05/2005 with initial charter capital is VND 4.5 billion;
- April 2007: Increased charter capital from VND 4.5 billion to VND 12.5 billion;
- June 2007: Increased charter capital to VND 12.95 billion;
- December 21, 2007: Officially traded on UPCOM market;
- November 12, 2020: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
