- 24 January 1998: DongAnh Urban Environment Enterprise was established under the Decision No. 450/QD-UB of People’s Committee of HaNoi.

- 03 May 2013: Transferred to HaNoi Urban Environment Limited Company and renamed as DongAnh Urban Environment Enterprise Branch.

- 30 September 2015: Equitising with a charter capital of VND12 billion.

- 10 August 2016: Went public and sold 240.000 shares to public.

- 15 February 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company. 

- 10 January 2018: Traded on UPCOM market.
