- 1993: Changed to Lam Dong Hydraulic Construction Company under Lam Dong Agriculture and Urban Development Department.
- June 27, 2000: Converted to the joint stock company with initial charter capital of VND2.78 billion.
- 2003: Increased charter capital to VND4 billion.
- 2007: Increased charter capital to VND10 billion.
- 2008: Increased charter capital to VND20 billion.
- January 13, 2010: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- 2015: Increased charter capital to VND36 billion.
