- October 08, 1985: Informatics Equipment Repair Workshop No.2 were renamed into Informatics Equipment Repair Science Workshop No.2 under General Post Office (now called Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, or VNPT)

- June 07, 2002: General Post Office decided to turn Informatics Equipment Repair Science Workshop No.2 into Telecommunications Informatics Electronics JSC

- December 02, 2002: KASATI officially operated in the form of a joint stock company, with a charter capital of VND10 billion

- October 18, 2007: The company raised its charter capital to VND29.9 billion

- January 2008: The company was granted ISO 9001-2000 certificate by AFAQ - AFNOR International

- December 29, 2010: Shares of the company were officially listed and traded on HNX.
