- In 2002: Transformed into Kinh Do Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND 150 billion.
- In 2005: Shares were listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- In 2013: Increased charter capital to VND 2,566 billion.
- On October 02, 2015: Renamed to KIDO Group Joint Stock Company.
- On November 18, 2015: Listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).
