- 2006: Established Sai Gon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation to develop Trang Due Industrial Park;

- 2007: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 2008: The charter capital was increased to VND1,340,830,000,000;

- 2009: Renamed as Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation and listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 2010: Acquired Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation to become its subsidiary to develop Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park in Hochiminh city;

- 2012: Established Trang Cat Limited Company to manage and develop Trang Cat  Industrial Park and Urban Area - Hai Phong; 

- 2013: Trang Due Industrial Park - Hai Phong became a park of Dinh Vu Cai Hai Economic Zone and attracted LG Group (Korea) and satellite companies to invest in;

- 2014: The charter capital was increased to VND3,957,111,670,000;

- 2015: The charter capital was increased to VND 4,775,111,670,000;

- October 12, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND5,757,111,670,000;
