- July 03, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market; 

- August 27, 2019: Transformed into Statistical Printing and Forming Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND2.05 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100111659 amended for the fifth time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
