- 02 February 1991: Formerly International Labour Company established under Decision 45/QD/TCCB signed by the General Director of the Vietnam Maritime Association. The company is directly under the Vietnam National Shipping Lines;

- 1993: Re-established under Decision 1296/QD-TCCB-LD on June 29th, 1993 signed by Minister of Communications and Transportation; The company was a state-owned company directly under the Department of Maritime of Vietnam (afterwards under Vietnam National Shipping Lines) with the initial capital of VND239 million;

- 07 January 1999, Changed to a joint stock company with the charter capital of VND3,500,000,000;

- August 15, 2004: Increased the charter capital to VND 6 billion.

- March 19, 2007: Increased charter capital to VND 11.39 billion.

- September 18, 2007: Increased charter capital to VND 40.74 billion.

- December 18, 2012: Increased charter capital to VND 61 billion.

- 10 August 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market.
